Entering the Building:
My office is located in the Logan Square Office Suites building. To enter, please press the arrows on the intercom next to the door of the building to scroll down to Arise Therapy, PLLC and press “Call” to allow me to buzz you in.

Public Transportation and Parking:
The office is conveniently located at the Armitage and Albany #73 bus stop. The Logan Square and California Blue Line CTA stops are both a 1-1.5 mile walk away. Armitage Avenue has free street parking in front of and across from the office. There are racks to securely lock a bike directly outside the front door of the building and across the street.

Accessibility:
The building is not accessible for those who use wheelchairs or who cannot climb stairs. Please be advised there is a two story staircase with railings and no elevator.

The building has 2 all-gender public bathrooms available. There is also a private waiting room area. N95 or KN95 respirator masks are recommended in all main areas of the building.
